no start I arced the alternator?

I arced the alt. to batt. wire when i was working now it wont start and the security lights flashing i check all fuses under hood and dash and there's no power coming threw the purple small starter wire im getting power out of the ign switch yellow wire going into the fuse box and out of a small purple

If there's no power on the start control circuit on the purple wire at the starter solenoid check the fuse 2E 10amp, pass key 2 decoder module, starter enable relay,park and neutral and ignition switch. Also check the fusible link down by the starter.
