Ran sea foam in it and changed oil and filter. Still getting low oil pressure light and what sounds like clattering lifters.

Hi,

Two main causes of low oil pressure are failing oil pump or excess clearance in the bearings. If the light is on all the time then we need to put a mechanical gauge on it to see what that says. If it shows low pressure as well then it is a mechanical issue and these would be the most likely cause.

However, if the gauge shows okay then more than likely you have a faulty sensor.

Here is a guide that gives a little more detail on these items. Let me know what the mechanical gauge says and we can go from there. Thanks
