Engine is not cranking over?

It started up fine when bought but found out that there were wires running from the fans to the ECU fuse. When removed it wouldn't start. It also had an ECU code before it wouldn't start. I was thinking it was the ECU by passing the alarm system to start. I also replaced wiring harness from fuse box to ECU and engine components.

So when you say we removed it do you mean the fuse or the wire? there is no way to bypass the security system so it sounds like they were trying to make the fans work anyway they could. can I ask if the security light is flashing when trying to start it? if so this guide can help us fix it:

I had removed the wires they had running to the fans that was leading back to the fuse box to the ECU fuse power for the fans. When I removed those wires it stopped starting, but it had shut off on me once when switched to reverse then didn't want to start until I hit neutral. Which will indicate a starter going bad, but got it tested and starter is fine and battery has been disconnected for a year now.

I actually have the codes it was throwing p0036, p0054, p0690, p0141and p0455.

These codes wont make the engine not crank over but these cars have a problem with the sifter rod. Here is how you can fix it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens. This guide can help too:

The shifter cable is working fine transaxle is in park.
