1997 Nissan Truck Brakes and right signal work together

Suddenly, when I press the brake pedal, the dash indicator for the right signal also illuminates, dimly. Checking outside I see that both the front and rear signal lights are illuminated. Right turn signal works fine until brake is pushed; then flashing stops. Left works normally.

Remove the bulb from the right brake light and them try the signal. If it doesn't flash, or flashes normally, check the ground for the right rear lights to make sure it is good.
