Nissan sentra gxe 97 engine problem?
I have a nissan sentra gxe 1997 with 104,000 miles on it with a v4 twin cam 1.6 LITER engine am having promblems with my car it makes a noise like a burst of air when i accelerate and seems to be wasting more gas Ive checked the intake for the burst of air noise but the intake seems to be fine do you have any solutions for the problem?

Sounds like the air induction system-check the reed valve might not be preventing the exhaust back-pressure from forcing the gases back out.
