how to stop damper pulley from moving while braking crank bolt loose by hand

Hello,

I have found it much easier to rent a 3/4" electric Impact Wrench to remove that bolt.

Doing it by hand will take just about forever. Believe me if you have a rental store check to see if they have one. Here were I live it's only $25 a day.

If cannot get tool you will need to remove starter and find a way to wedge something in the flywheel. However. To take the risk of braking the teeth on the flywheel doing it this way.
