Metal on Metal sound on left front tire
My car is making a horrible metal on metal sound in my left front tire area when I drive. It immediately stops when I apply the brakes. Can you please tell me what the problem might be. thanks.

You need brake pads, the noise could be the "warning" on the pads which its a little piece of metal close to the end of the liner, when the liner its almost gone that comes in contact with the rotor to got your attention.
Or probably the pads are gone at all.
