Straight to the point. My 1993 nissan 240sx is running very sluggish. Due to the fact I recently found out it is only running on 2 cylinders! I found this out by unplugging the wire to the spark plug with it running. When doing so the cylinder closest to the radiator and the furthest is not producing any change. I need to use the car for transportation so for the mean time I unplugged the injector so it wont put any gas in. I have changed the spark plug and plugged the wire into another cylinder at it works. Any thoughts or next steps? Anything would help at this stage. Thanks in advance.

Injectors are a common failure on these motors. Check for voltage going to the injector first. If Voltage is good, you'll need to pull the injector rail to see if they are actually spraying fuel.

Just for good measure, pull the spark plugs to look for any obvious damage that could also cause a misfire.
