It sounds like the motor went out. I would start by checking the fuses, here is a guide on how to do that with the fuse locations below in the diagrams click to enlarge.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Hello,

It sounds like one of the pivot slides is not adjusted correctly or one of the motors is starting to go out. Here are instructions and diagrams to help you see whats going on and how to make the adjustments below.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see whats going on, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

I have a 2012 limit and my moon roof doesn't work (bought it that way). We bought a new motor for it but cannot find where the motor goes to replace it. Every diagram we have followed and looked at and it's not in that place. Any ideas where it is?

Thanks for asking this question. My guess is the sliding glass does not work and you cannot find the motor because someone removed it and did not replace it.

If you drop the headliner, you should see the motor towards the front of the vehicle with three screws mounting it to the roof.

I am attaching the entire process below so please take a look at the instructions and get some pictures of what the roof looks like with the headliner dropped down and I am sure we can locate where it should be.

Thanks
