assuming you already have the wheel off the vehicle you can use a 3lb hammer and tap on the edge to try and break it free... is it just for routeine maintenence or fixing a problem...

I have removed the wheel but don't know how to get the brake drum off of the hub. I need to replace 2 lugs. Thanks for the help!
