When I bought the car two weeks ago it ran fine, it had a little trouble starting but it started. Soon after the car would start but after I shut it off, it wouldnt start again. So I replaced the battery. It still did the same things. Now heres the real issue. I tried to start the car 15 minutes after I shut it off to leave a friends house it wouldn't start. Took a voltage reading of the battery and it had 12.4 vlots. Then when I went back to try to start it again nothing came on the horn doesnt even work. Inside lamps and outside lights won't even come on. What could be the issue? And all the fuses are good.

Get the battery load tested if okay make sure cables/posts are cleaned and properly tightened. No power could be caused by a blown fusible links
