Symptoms:

1. When pressing in the clutch when comming to a stop the RPM will dip down to 100-200, then slowly climb back up to 700. If I give it a quick gas jab it will stay normal. Twice now it has dropped to 0, one of which was while I was not actually stopped yet so I was able to pop it in 2nd to get the engine going again.

2. This seems to happen more if the AC is on and/or engine is hot (i live in AZ). Some days it doesnt happen all.

3. Every now and then instead of RPM dropping it will surge to 1500-2000 and stay there until i come to a complete stop.

4. Ive had the oxygen sensor replaced, spark plugs and related wiring, and have had the throttle body and injectors cleaned.

5. I just noticed last night there is a small leak somewhere in the bottom of my radiator which I am replacing today.

Hi jriechers,

Seems you have a problem with the ISC ( Idle Solenoid Control or commonly known as IAC, Idle Air Control). Check if any trouble codes are present and if none, get it cleaned. ans check for smooth smooth movement.
