I was driving the oil light came on I kept driving because I check the oil before I started to drive I figer it was a oil light glich about 5 miles down the road the car shut off and I can't get it to start is the engine fride and can it be rebuild

If the Oil Light comes on, it means there is a problem.
Whenever you see that, it means that you need to not drive anymore.

Having driven more, and having this problem now. I think you need a new engine. Rebuilding it will cost more than a new engine would, as my guess is the crankshaft is in pieces and the cylinders have seized to the sidewalls. Probably a few other overheating issues with the block (warpage) and with the pieces of metal in the system it's a done deal.

Course the cost of a new Engine will likely be just as much as a newer Used car. So that may be your best bet.
