1995 Mercury Sable car stalls out when RPMs drop down

My car engine stalls out when I go to slow down to stop at red lights and it will stall out when I have it idle in neutral. The rpmd drop and then it stalls out any idea what would cause this problem.

First check for vacuum leaks, bu tit sound sliek oyu might have a bad Idle AIr Control Valve. It controls idle speed, and they dont always set a check engine light when they fail
