THIS TRUCK ACT AS IF OLD STYLE 4WD, TURN INTO PARKING SPOT IT GRABS ETC. TIRES ARE SAME SIZE, BUT REAR ARE TRUCK STYLE FRONT ARE CAR STYLE, I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS ISSUE, IS IT TRUE.

It is true ALL tires should be the exact same on these, but if it chatters on tight turns, check oil level in the differential, and add limited slip friction modifier to them, its a foure ounce bottle, put one in each unit. If the oil in them has never been changed, do that now!
