Can I get the main relay wiring diagram?

H23a 11.5 comp pro1 cams tuned on Hondata.
I had it tuned perfectly, but it started getting lean at times and bucking at cruise. I replaced the entire fuel system, sensors, a lot of wiring, ECU, hondata, distributor, checked tune multiple times, re-tuned, had professional check tune. I think something is causing interference or back-feed to ECU but no Check Engine Light. However, it'll get a solid Check Engine Light with chrome chipped ECU. I'm lost and I need help. Relay wiring diagram would help.

Does the car have any codes? This guide will help you run them also, recheck all engine and body grounds. Here is a guide and the engine with main relay wiring diagrams for your 2000 Honda Prelude in the images below. This guide can help you test the connections.
