Loss of power once engine is warmed up

Car starts and run ok until engine has warmed up, then I get major loss of power engine still runs but no revs when gas pedal is pressed down, I have to turn engine off, wait about 30 seconds then restart engine and car runs ok again for about 1 to 2 mins.

I have removed and cleaned the camshaft sensor and I have replaced the pre cat lambda(o2) sensor, should I also replace the post cat lambda sensor as well? Or the coil packs, its such a tricky problem to pin down and repair
