Loss of voltage at the fuel pump?

Put new fuel pump in and it ran fine for two weeks then it shut off. Ow its losing power to the fuel pump at initial turn of the key it triggers the pump for 3 seconds and loses power then comes back for 3 more seconds, but only has 5 volts at the pump. If I feed the throttle body fuel it runs and starts, I'm lost I've tried everything.

Did you try the fuel pump relay? There is a ground for the relay at the right rear of the cylinder head. Here is also an oil pressure sensor at the rear of the engine near the distributor and would switch out or bypass. Here are the wiring diagrams for the fuel pump so you can see how the system works and the location of the fuel pump relay. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
