2000 Chevy S-10 Fuel pump

I have a 2000 chevy s-10, my truck starts up fine. While early in the morning when backing up it has limited power, also while driving down the road, anything after 40 mph it will loose power and regain, like its not getting gas, almost a hiccup. Is this my fuel pump?

Welcome to the forum. I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. How long since a tune-up?
