1998 Lincoln Mark VIII V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100201 miles
when first started could hear pump and sometimes at stops, now no sound and front is down. could relay to pump be bad and how can i tell?

Maybe both. A compressor going bad usually takes out the relay. There are 2 fat wires going to the relay connector. If you jump those wires, the compressor should run.
BTW, are you getting a check suspension message?....and when?....immediately after startup?....or 90 seconds after startup?
