i am having the same issue i went out to go to work and car wouldnt start learned about the coil problems, so i replaced all the boots/spak plugs as there was oil in the wells and the valve cover gaskets after it was all done the car started but would accelerate during the test drive come to find out the entire driver side of the engine is not firing. i find it hard to belive that all 3 of these coils could have gone bad since i started the repair we tested them for spark before i began and now they wont spark at all. worst of all now i went out with the ohm meter to see if it was getting electricity to the coils and the car wont start again and my testers wouldnt fit down in the holes the coils plug into. i have asked several people and all say it must be a fuse/relay or a computer problem dose anyone have any suggetions or advised 2001 lincoln LS v6 115000 miles.
