Lexus Other Repair Question

CAR STALLS
I HAVE A 94 ES 300 LEXUS WITH 149.000 MILES AUTOMATIC THE CAR MAKES NO NOISE NEVER HAD ANY ENGINE WORK OR TRANSMISSION WORK OTHER THAN MAINT. WORK THE PROMBLE IS THAT THE CAR IS HARD TO START AND WHEN IT STARTS YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE GAS PEDAL FOR IT TO REMAIN RUNNING, BUT THE SEC. YOU TAKE YOUR FOOT OFF THE THE PEDAL OFF IT DIES

Hi there,
You should get an ECU fault coce check, there are a few things that could cause this, a faulty throttle position sensor could be to blame. but it would help to know if any codes are set.
