1992 Lexus Other Repair Question

Accereration hesitation on a sc 300
I have a 92 sc300 the car idles hard and it hesitates when i gas the car what can i do to fix it.

if the engine timing is run by chain, it probably needs replacing, having the same problem with my 93 nissan altima. timing chain stretches out and will slack until you accelerate at which point it will grab, that's most likely your problem. ask a mechanic for sure, cuz I'm no expert, but I think that's it.
