How do I check and replace the fuel pump in my 02 Kia Spectra LS. I also need to check and replace the fuel filter. Where are these located and what is the best way to do it?

The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank. What do you plan on checking?
The fuel filter is solid steel. What do you plan on checking there?
