Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Kia Rio Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 80444 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
my car didn't start OK this morning. Started after 2 starts. And the Engine Check Light came on.Was driving sluggishly and then the engine stopped but the car was still moving, slowly. I turned it off and started again, managed to bring it back home. I later , check the gas pump cap , it was not properly capped. I capped it and the car started driving and picked up speed but the Engine light is still on. Pls advise me on what to do. Thanks

it has nothing to do with the gas cap. sounds like you have a engine skip. you need to get the vehicle scanned for codes(autozone does it for free) then get back to us with the codes
