Jerking and barely any acceleration.

The P741 means there's a problem with the torque converter circuit. The P0420 refers to a problem with the Bank 1 catalyst and P0440 is a problem with the evap system. Check the gas cap to probably clear those. The 741 code is going to require a transmission shop.
