Just got this jeep a week ago. I am trying to figue out if the front drive line is supposed to move when it is not in 4 wheel drive or if this means that the 4 wheel drive is not disengaging. I thought that only the back was supposed to move when in 2 wheel drive. If there is something wrong, what is it and how do I fix it? Thank you.

I hate to Break it to you but the drive line does move at all times the drive shaft and the differential gears and the axles are all assembled to work together and they are always moving. The only way that I am aware of to remedy this is to install locking hubs but this is very expensive and not an easy fix at all. I hope this helps.
