When I am driving and at about 10, 20, 40 and 45mph or 2000rpm, the entire jeep starts to shake. When I either shift or push through to over 2200 or 2300 rpm it stops.

I took it to the mechanic and they said I need to replace the catalytic converter, replace the O2 Sensor, and give it a tune up. I did that and it stopped for a couple of weeks and it is now doing it again.

I just got the codes P0171 and P0133 (O2 Sensor) when it started to shake again. Could these be related, and what can I do to fix this?

DTC P0171: 1/1 FUEL SYSTEM LEAN is monitored with engine running in closed loop mode, ambient/battery temperature at more than 20 °F (-6.7 °C), and at altitude less than 8000 feet. DTC may be stored in Powertrain Control Module (PCM) when PCM senses fuel system is running too lean on 2 sequential trips. Possible causes are: defective Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor calibration, engine mechanical problem, fuel pressure out of specification, defective 1/1 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) heater or fuel system not switching from rich to lean.
DTC P0133 is an O2 sensor
i would start with replacing O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1
