1978 Jeep Wrangler need help with my 4X4

I put my jeep in 4x4 low and it wont come back out and im not sure what to do. Please help

Because it is a 78 - I need to ask ya a couple questions first.

Does it have manual hubs? Perhaps one is stuck?

Have you owned it a long time and this is not the first time you've put it into 4 low?
