Transmission problem
1982 Jeep CJ7 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

mY TRANSFERE CASE WILL NOT COME OUT OF THE LOW SIDE. IT FEELS LIKE IT IS SHIFTING BUT ITS ALWAYS IN THE LOW SIDE OF THE TRANSFERCASE. SOMEONES HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APRECIATED. IM STUMPED.

Check the kinkage going from the shifter to the transfer case. Make sure the linkage is tight on the shift linkage. If the linkage is working and the jeep will not go into high the problem could be in the shift forks insdie of the transfer case
