Coolant overflow hose/nipple

I was pulling the coolant overflow off the nipple beneath the radiator cap and the nipple crumbled in the hose. Any idea how that can be repaired so I could reconnect the hose. Now, of course I just have a hole under the cap.

If it can be fixed only a radiator shop can solder a new one on. Other option is new radiator.

If you have enough experience with sweating copper pipe, you could attempt repairs yourself. Lead solder, acid flux and torch. But I'd recomend taking it in to avoid possibly damageing some other joints in the system.
