Two Passenger vents above the glove box and passenger floor and passenger defrost vents draw in outside air with single control a.C or heat on. Drivers side work well blowing out cold (a.C.) (Heat) when control is set accordingly.-- Need to make passenger side vents work when control is in a.C. Or heat.

I first need to know if you have manual or automatic a/c. I am thinking you are having a problem with either the blend door actuator or vacuum to it depending on the type of a/c you have. Get back to me and we will go from there.

Ok here is a diagram of how the vacuum to the ac and heater. These are how the selector opens or closes the doors to send the air to the right place. Check for any broken vacuum lines or leaks or bad acturators, let me know what you find.
