My car idles hesitates, misses or doesn't run smoothly when my foot is on the break. What can I do?

Start by having the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to check for any fault codes. Repost with codes for more assistance

Dave, I have this same issue. The original code was misfire on 6 so I checked it out and it had a bad oil leak I replaced the valve cover gaskets and all the coils. A few days later I get it back with a number 1 miss with a DPFE code. I clean the tube to the DPFE and the EGR along with doing a throttle service. Ran great for 2 days. Now Im getting a number 7 miss. This thig is a nightmare. Had a buddy from ford take a look at it and he has no clue. Any ideas. Email me @ michaelterry400@gmail. Com
