It will not switch from A/C to heat

I do not know which actuator controls this, there are 3 of them. Are the same part number to order?

According to Alldata, you have separate controls for each side. Are both sides not working?

To be sure, is the A/C system working? Did you see if the compressor is engaging and can you check the pressures?
