I have Tech 1 GM scan tool with all software updated until 96 MSC V3.2 I would like to connect it to my 1994 Isuzu Trooper to read obd codes and live sensor data including auto transmission since GM/Isuzu dealers do not support 1994 anymore?

Check documentation of your scantool, you will need the right connectors to do it, but it can be done.
Or just read the codes without the tool. Connectors are behind the console, to the right of the gas pedal.
