Lights where you change to drive park in that are do not work. Also, A/C not cooling enough. Added Freon and compressor clicks on and off.

Which PRNDL lights do you mean? The one in the unit next to the lever or the ones in the dash the Vibe could have both.
The one next to the lever are a PAIN to change. you have to remove most of the trim and the shifter housing to get to it and replace it.
This video shows how to do it. It is titled for the Matrix, but other than some AC parts and the badges the Vibe is it's twin... The bulb used is a 90981-11018.

On the AC issue, when you move the temperature control dial does the air temperature go from hot to cold? If yes it's likely the control cable is OK, if it doesn't then the cable could be bad or not moving the blend door fully closed.

However, rather than guessing it would be a good idea to have a shop check the actual pressures in the system, both undercharged and overcharged systems will perform badly. Checking with a proper set of gauges is the first step for that.
You could rent/borrow a set of gauges from a parts store and test the pressures yourself. That isn't hard to do and if you posted the results here we can go farther. https://www.2carpros.com/articles/re-charge-an-air-conditioner-system has a lot of information.
