Installing taillight converter

I'm installing a wiring harness in my van so I can hook up my trailer wiring harness so I can have tail lights and turn signals. I need help hooking the harness to my van, the instructions they send are hard to see and understand.

I've attached an exterior light wiring diagram below for your Honda showing the wire colors to attach your Hopkins trailer light harness. I've also attached the Hopkins harness wiring below.
