my car have a rough idal and smells like eggs i chang master flow sensor and put new plugs in can you tell me whats wrong. and how to fix it

Could be caused by high amounts of sulfur in the gasoline being used in the vehicle, a partially clogged catalytic converter causing it to idle rough and could also be coming from the battery
