My car hesitates to go anytime I stop I have taken it to a coulple of mechanics but there is no nissan mechanic in my area. The fuel pump is ok and one mechanics says its the transmission another says it is not neither of them are nissan mechanics I wondering what is most likely the cause. It will crank fine and go it doesn't make any noise it just doesn't go after I have stopped at a light it takes about a minute before it will get going. Very hesistant after any stop but it doesnt cut off or anything.

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
