Ignition not firing

Was replacing a DVD player that did not work and I saw a spark maybe something grounded not sure, but ever since my vehicle will not start unless you jump the solenoid.

You apparently blew a fuse in the process of installing the DVD. Test all your fuses using a test light with the key on.
