1999 Tibiron w/ 111500 miles, 5 speed standard with average maintianence over its life. The car rund great and starts 85% of the time, but after long drives or frequent stops and restart it will not start. This first occured over three months ago and did not happen again for over two months. In the past month it has happened more frequently. Of course car shop won't check it out without seeing it when it won't start. Fortunately its a stick so push start and poping the clutch still works.

confused on what to do next??????

[quote:84cd57817d="kevinheap"]I replaced the rear brake cylinders on my 1996 E-150 Van and now the parking brake light and the ABS light are on. I am not sure the ABS was not on before but I know the parking was not always on before.

It has a 6 cylinder engine I think 4.9 L and about 65,000 miles.[/quote:84cd57817d]

Hello,,did you remove the ground cable from the battery, before you started the work? The computor has some system always on standby,,,a low fluid may have taken place. Try removing the ground,,,turn key on for one minute(no ground), turn off. Leave ground off for about 15min., Key OFF,,reconnect ground,,, the computor will now reset, and it will take about 20 min., of driving before it will be fully reset, after that time frame, is the light still on? If so you me need to have a Diagnostic check done.

Thanks for the information. I did bleed the system and my level for brake fluid is okay so I will try disconnecting the ground procedure.
