Wont start when cold

I have a 2002 Hyundai accent milage 72000 miles, this morning it would crank but not start now I go out there and it starts up why when it is colder it wont start up but when it is wamer it turns over and starts

Check the coolant temperature sensor this is the one that tells the computer that the engine is cold and needs fuel enrichment, just like the carb. Choke.

Check all connections that applies to the ignition system.
