No fire

I have a 1992 Hyundai Excel with 83000 miles on it. I bought it in a "not running" condition so I don't know much about any past maintenance. I tested the coil, have power at the coil and distributer, the engine is properly timmed but it will not fire. Any thoughts?

1st u need to check the timing and make sure its on, then i would check the rotor and the cap, Also the power transistor needs to be checked as the coil control from the ecm runs throu this.. The most common problem is the crank sensor/tdc module.
