1997 Hyundai Elantra Won't start

1997 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

Hello,

I have to depress the clutch in my Elantra to start it.
Now it will not start.

Sometimes I can depress the clutch several times and get it to start.

The battery is new and I have power from it.

Try a jumper on the clutch switch follow the clutch pedal arm till it meets the support bracket the switch is here disconnect the connector and jumper it and attempt to start the vehicle make sure you depress the clutch -
