2007 Hummer H3 CAB light problem

I have problem in my cab light when I close the door the cab light it doesnot shutoff all the time when the car runing I dont know the problem from the door switch or from sensors plz help me to fix the problem if u can thanks
im in north africa there is no gmc dealer in this country thanks

If this only occurs after using the drivers door, could have a shorting door jamb switch. There are a total of five, including the endgate. Do you also get a 'doors' message on the info center. Try exchanging the drivers door jamb switch with another door that is less used. The drivers and the endgate are most common for failure.
