My car keeps throwing wheel bearings even after new tires and realignment. Thinking of changing the whole spindle to see if that will stop the problem So would the wheel bearing and hub assembly off of a 1999 Ford Escort work?

It should but check with auto parts to be sure. Check to make sure hub is in all the way or maybe axle is bad causing it to go out. The spindle should have shown up on an alignment if bent. Try checking for straightness with other side.
