power outlets are not working

I dropped a dime in to the power outlet in the middle console...when I pulled it out it sparked and now the radio does not work and the power outlets are not working either. Checked the fuse for the radio and it was fine, where else should I look?

Check fuse #8 (7.5A) at the driver's under dash fuse.
Also check fuse #9 (15A) at the passenger's side under dash fuse box. here are the fuse locations in the diagrams below.
