Moonroof won't close

Honda Civic 1993 137,000 miles. My moonroof is stuck and won't close or open all the way. It get's foggy easily in my car! Is there a way to fix this easily(it seems to be off the track or something might be broken) And where could I take it to get it fixed, what might it cost? Hoping someone can help

THere is a manual close port that need a special tool to crank the roof closed. Most moon roof cars come with the tool.

I know there is(although i don't have the tool). But my moonroof seems to be off the track or there's a piece broken or something. The motor works fine. I'd like to know if this is easily fixable for cheap or if it'll be extremely expensive.
