Engine not starting

1999 Honda Civic, 116,000 miles, standard sedan, 1.6 liter. Will turn over in morning but not start. In afternoon it starts up and runs like new. I'm thinking main relay. But don't know where it is located. Any suggestions?

I mean ur thoughts about a bad main relay. Would u care to elaborate.

My 91 Accord did the same thing. I replaced the main relay and problem was solved. Relay was above kick panel next to left foot, I don't know where it is on the Civic
