My car will not fire

I have a 1999 Honda Civic LX with 97,000 miles. While my husband was driving the car, the car just shut down. He was able to park the car at a gas station. We changed the ignition control module and the car still won't fire up. It sounds like it wants to crank, but just no I guess getting gas to make it start. We checked to see it the rotor was turning and it was. What do you think could possibly be wrong with our car?

IF your timimg belt hasn't slipped a tooth or two then the main cause of a no start is the EFI relay. It is located high up on the passenger side of the car. It is a dealer only item.

If the car sounds strange when it turns over then it is could be a timig belt.
